Hint: Run for your life!
A recent study out of Stanford indicates that running (or any vigorous exercise) slows the aging process. The study found that runners in their 70s have fewer disabilities and longer spans of active life than their non-runner compatriots. They also are half as likely to die early deaths, what the researchers call “a notable survival advantage.” That sounds like something a lot of people would be willing to pay for—and it’s basically available free!
