The wine whine: Vino and your abs

As someone who looks forward to my weekend wine, I sometimes wonder if enjoying wine or beer means forfeiting certain fitness goals. Apparently, I’m not the only one. I came across an online discussion on the Runner’s World web site about whether a glass of wine or two each night contributes to the dreaded abdominal fat. It sounds like some people have been able to achieve decent abs, despite their wine habits.
I’d keep up with the wine, regardless, personally. What’s life without some indulgences?
