Fun and Fitness for the 40-Something

Back when I wrote my review of the Nike + iPod system, I included a link to an iPod armband/shoe pouch combo available on Amazon (the shoe pouch holds the Nike + sensor in non-Nike shoes). I mentioned that I might order the package because I wasn’t digging my current armband too much. Well, I did just that, and I’m happy to report that I made the right choice—the Tuneband armband is the best I’ve tried.
