Fun and Fitness for the 40-Something

Not too long ago, I was performing my (almost) monthly breast exam in the shower, when I realized, “I really don’t know what the hell I’m doing.” I’m always so impressed that I remember to do it that I tend to overlook the fact that I don’t know if I’m even doing it the right way. But, as most of you know, October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, so what better time to master the essentials?
