More on the treadmill desk

Remember my post about the treadmill desk? A writer for Time magazine published an article last week about her experience using the machine, complete with video. In the course of a workweek, she logged 22 miles and burned about 2,000 calories. As she reported:
“Like the holy grail of time savers, the walking desk doubles down on the stuff you have to do, freeing you up for the things you want to do–specifically, not work and not exercise.”
