Laid back: The benefits of recumbent bikes

Before I moved to Southern California, I’d always had an indoor biking option—either a trainer that I mounted my regular bike on or a traditional exercise bike. But, when I traveled for work, I always used the recumbent machines in the hotel fitness centers. I had a feeling those were better for me in the long run, and it seems I was right.
