Pilates for the rest of us

I know that I should do Pilates. It’s great for building a strong core, increasing flexibility and improving toning. It’s also supposed to be good for injury prevention, a constant concern of mine. But it’s so still and calm. I need more action when I workout, or I get antsy—I’d go nuts in a 50-minute Pilates session. But I think I could last eight minutes, so this Fitness magazine Pilates workout might be right for me.
